Phil is the founder and Managing Director of Inet Solutions.
Phil graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 1985 with a degree in Computing Science with honours. His work history includes 10 years as Manager of Software Services for Hunter New England Area Health Services where he developed software for the health sector.
Phil was the managing director of an earlier company Web Alliance which was responsible for developing a comprehensive hospital billing application. This company was sold to a larger organisation in 2009 and the software he developed is currently being used in public hospitals throughout NSW, Victoria, ACT and WA.
Inet Solutions was established by Phil in 2009 and has focussed its software development on CRM systems for specific industry sectors. Echidna is the most recent CRM in the suite and Phil is committed to ensuring that it continues to meet the needs of the Early Childhood Intervention sector. Phil's success is based on his ability to provide exceptional software and his responsiveness to the customer's requirements.
Customer Support Manager
Anne graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 1986 and has worked as an OT in both the Occupational Rehabilitation sector and also in Early Childhood Intervention. She later moved into the role of IT Manager for several years with a large rehabilitation provider assisting the company to integrate IT solutions within a rehab context.
Anne has worked for Inet Solutions since 2009 primarily in Customer Support providing training and front line Help Desk support.
Anne has brought significant contribution to the development of Echidna with her skills in Early Childhood Intervention, database administration, and workplace training. She is committed to ensuring that ECI centres are equipped to obtain the maximum benefit from the software through customer liaison, training, support and online tutorials.
